What is Ballerz?

Ballerz is a basketball simulation game built on the Flow blockchain. Every Baller is a unique NFT with four core stats, a one-of-a-kind appearance, and an on-court identity. You pair a Baller with a pair of Sneakerz (a separate NFT collection), put five of them on the court, and the BBL engine simulates the games — then you climb leagues, win rings, and build a career across seasons.

There are three reasons people get a Baller:

  • Compete for prizes. Win games and tournaments for real rewards.
  • Build a legacy. Your Baller carries a career history — wins, losses, and championships — across every season.
  • Be part of the build. The game evolves with its community.

The game is in alpha

Numbers, limits, attributes, and boosts can change between seasons to keep things balanced. Each season's exact rules are announced in the Discord before it starts. Your NFT metadata, though, is permanently on-chain and never changes.

How a season works

From zero to a ring, the loop is short:

  1. Get a Baller (and ideally a Sneaker) on the secondary marketplace.
  2. Join a leaguethat fits your Baller's Overall rating.
  3. Your Baller is placed on a team — or enters the draft pool.
  4. The engine simulates a multi-week season, then playoffs for the BBL Ring.
